Individual coaching is aimed at any individual who, aware of his or her responsibilitý in front of his or her own evolution, wishes to give himself or herself the means to better express his or her full potential, in accordance with his or her own values and motivations, in the context of his or her professional life.
Individual coaching is adapted́ to professional development objectives along with its needs, issues and challenges. It is an accelerator, allowing the growth of the individual, providing keys and awareness to better manage professional and personal issues that affect professional performance.
It takes the form of a series of individual meetings between the coachee and the coaching professional, who will set up a process that will enable the person find his/her own most relevant solutions in a specific context. Individual coaching allows the person to question himself or herself, to develop his or her adaptability and flexibilitý.
The coaching approach is a process based on listening, questioning (Socrates’ concept of maieutics), silences, rephrasing, formulating hypotheses and proposing interpretations at the right moment to trigger awareness.
