« In the company of horses,

No one disguises himself as anything but himself,
They are real people and real beasts who play with life.

Equine assisted coaching is a practice of accompanying people facilitated by the horse. Its main object of investigation lies in the field of the relationship (and not the intellect), on the metaphorical impact of the horse and what the encounter with him triggers at an emotional level.

Equine assisted coaching helps:

  • Know ourselves better
  • Understand the impact of our relationship patterns on others
  • Reconnect to what management is, namely the art of federating, training and leading teams in the realisation of a common project.
  • Revisit the fundamentals of leadership: the question of authority, cooperation, non-verbal communication which are the pillars of sustainable performance

Equine assisted coaching offers a unique experience to individuals and teams, by raising awareness that will enable the initiation of sustainable change mechanisms to develop autonomy, motivation, commitment and agility.

No riding ability is required.
