Accompagner la création d’un collectif autonome,
solidaire et orienté clients
With the acceleration of our clients’ needs, we needed to adapt Sanijura’s management methods and develop the autonomy of our employees within a formalised and shared framework.
At the same time, we also needed to work on the company’s collective while bringing out individual potential to serve the common interest. We also needed to give meaning to our actions.
To carry out this ambitious project of creating an autonomous, supportive and customer-oriented group, we called on Sophie Vadel, Claire Forest, Vincent Minaud and Gilles Robert, all four HEC-certified organizational coaches.
This is a long-term project, and in-depth work which, thanks to the methodologies used, the structuring provided and the regular follow-up, has already produced the first results: the group has been set in motion, leaders have been revealed, and there is greater cross-functionality and ownership of the issues. This work has also made it possible to increase the level of understanding of the contributions of each person in their roles and responsibilities, to clarify certain grey areas and to develop the level of maturity of the employees.

Supporting the creation of an autonomous, supportive and customer-oriented team
The aim of the mission is to create a collective dynamic with a view to reduce supply-chain delays and improving the company’s service rate.
The coaches work with a steering committee and two groups of key people (about 20 influential people) through collective and individual coaching.
