Our intervention program in organizational coaching

The Technical Department of the Digital Branch of La Poste Group is growing rapidly (15 people in 2015, 600 people in the coming months). https://www.laposte.fr/
To support the evolution of the role and positioning of the Technical Department within La Poste, to strengthen the team’s sense of belonging, to support the leadership of the managers, to create a sense of direction for the new growth phase and to embark the managers on board towards a shared vision.

This Organizational Coaching support – carried out by 4 organizational coaches – took place over a period of 6 months, with interviews with the stakeholders of the Technical Department, the team coaching, the individual coaching, and the support of a Steering Committee appointed for the occasion and a 3-day seminar for the Management Committee.
This support enabled the managers of the technical department of La Poste to strengthen their relations, to define a common vision for their management, to launch 8 strategic projects and to define the actions necessary for their implementation.
