Naming and deploying a corporate culture
to support Dawex’s growth
“We have been working with Claire and her company for almost two years now. Over the course of the missions, Claire has acquired a knowledge of who we are, of our fundamental values, of the state of mind that we wish to reinforce within our teams and projects. We trust her and are very open to the suggestions she makes to us, to deploy our corporate culture within the organisation.
All candidates at Dawex undergo a culture fit interview with Claire to ensure that they fit with the company’s values.
Her experience with scale-up start-ups and her added value in the field of Human Resources saves us time and avoids pitfalls.”
Fabrice Tocco and Laurent Lafaye. Co-founders and co-managers of Dawex since its creation in 2015.
Mission led by Claire Forest since April 2019.
Our intervention program in corporate culture and recruitment culture
Dawex, a technology leader in data exchange platform using Data Exchange Platform technology and operator of the largest data marketplace, enables companies and organisations to orchestrate the flow of data by sourcing and exchanging data securely and in compliance with applicable regulations. www.dawex.com/fr
In 2019, after the successful completion of heir Series A, Dawex founders Fabrice Tocco and Laurent Lafaye expressed the desire to define and name their culture and values, and the correlated behaviours, with the aim of creating benchmarks based on a common state of mind.
This is how the pioneering spirit, the customer spirit and the team spirit became solid benchmarks that Dawex uses on a permanent basis. This has been followed by a long-term effort, alongside the founders, managers and teams, to put in place a quality recruitment and onboarding process, events that reflect the company’s culture (Winter & Summer Camps), individual monitoring of employees’ progress (regular interviews with the manager, training program, Dawex Interviewer Pass, Dawex Meeting Pass), monthly Talk Together, etc.
The Dawex values have become a reference for important decisions (recruitment, separation, organisation of events, leadership style, etc.).
This strategy fostered by its founders, ensuring on a daily basis that the Dawex culture lives and vibrates, has made possible a level of internal cooperation and accountability far beyond what is usually seen in even fast-growing companies.
