Biomodex is a pioneering company in the field of digital health, based in Paris and Boston.
It offers an enhanced 3D printing solution for patient-specific rehearsals and advanced physician training.
It is a complete, sophisticated and personalized end-to-end medical experience in the tradition of a full motion flight simulator.

With an international focus, Biomodex has the potential to become an integral part of the patient’s care pathway by significantly reducing the risk of surgery.
The Director of Operations, Anna Garrec, quickly felt the need to consolidate the culture of Biomodex, naming its mission and values to use as a strategic tool as this French-style medtech developed. Biomodex has grown from 5 to 50 employees in 3 years, with two sites in France and in the United States, with diverse cultures and profiles.
The Corporate Culture coaching consisted in analysing the existing culture, supporting Anna Garrec in her internal interventions on corporate culture, working on Biomodex core values and creating an “On boarding book” allowing all newcomers to integrate more quickly and to understand the history, codes, best practices and foundations of Biomodex corporate culture.
