«To be able to contemplate a rainbow, one must first endure the rain»
Proverbe chinois

Burnout syndrome is a set of reactions resulting from situations of chronic professional stress.

It is characterized by 3 dimensions:

  • • Emotional exhaustion: the feeling of being drained of one’s emotional resources,
  • • Depersonalisation or cynicism: insensitivity to the surrounding world, dehumanisation of the relationship with others, a negative view of others and of work,
  • • The feeling of personal non-accomplishment at work: the feeling of not being able to respond correctly to the expectations of those around you, the depreciation of one’s results, guilt, the feeling of waste.

Through our coaching, we aim to:

  • • Help leaders, managers and employees understand the internal and external processes that can lead to burnout
  • • Remove the beliefs that lead managers and employees to enter this destructive cycle
  • • Enable people with symptoms of burnout to express what is happening to them: great emotional and physical fatigue, loss of meaning, indifference, guilt
  • • Accompany them so that they can connect to their personal resources and mobilize them in a creative way to avoid burnout

Burnout situations are often detectable. There is often a lack of knowledge in the company on this subject. We – and the therapists we work with – support companies through these difficult times.
